As I pulled out of my garage this morning, I was surprised to hear a loud noise. It turned out my skid plate had been ripped loose by a massive puddle in the flash flooding that happened last night on my way home from work. I’m new to the area, and I didn’t have a trustworthy place to take my car yet, and I thought that my day and my plans for a hike or sidelined. I was pretty bummed. I found out that craftsman auto care was just less than a mile from my place so I thought I would at least try. 13 minutes after I arrived - they had repaired it - WITH NO CHARGE! Excellent friendly fast service. I’ll be back.

Craftsman Auto Care had excellent customer service! They fit me in on very short notice, replaced my brake light bulb in no time, and provided my servicing today for free. Such a welcoming and friendly environment! Will definitely be back with here for all my auto service needs! Thank you again!

Deymar Deleon and his staff were very professional and polite. Offered a snack and a drink while the car was worked on. Unlike many others, I didn’t feel pressured to buy services the car didn’t necessarily need right away. Honesty is hard to come by so thank you and the team!!!

One of the greatest mechanic shop in town!!! The customer service from the person over the phone and front desk was amazing! They understood my situation and still helped me out even though I was late for my appointment. But the best part about the whole visit was the mechanic tech who helped me out. Andrew M. came in and greeted me with a million dollar smile! Not only he was very knowledgeable in his field but he was also very kind and caring!! He carefully explained to me what happened with my vehicle and the process to fix it. I haven’t met a technician like him before and left an amazing impression on me!! I used to go to Midas but now I think I’ll be coming over here now just for the spectacular service!

My overall experience dealing with Craftstman Auto was highly positive. They were able to take in my 2019 Silverado on a short notice appointment. The customer service was excellent, very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. I left my vehicle to run a diagnostic on the climate control module which was malfunctioning. After a couple hours, I received a call stating the climate control had a bad fuse. The technicians were thorough and helpful in a time where a previous mechanic misdiagnosed the issue and would have charged me hundreds of dollars. I highly recommend this shop for anyone having car troubles.
