I've brought multiple cars here for everything from pre-racetrack event inspections, A/C repairs, alignments, and radiator replacements. The team here has worked on multiple cars of mine and provided excellent service, great communication, and top-notch care for both myself and my vehicles. I moved from the Chantilly area to across the Northern Virginia region and still make the effort to bring my cars here because of my trust in the technicians and staff.

The team did an awesome job taking care of my Mini Countryman. They were quick to check me in when I arrived (I was in a hurry because I had to work, so I appreciated that) and had my car ready by the end of my work day. They explained everything clearly and charged very fairly for the work done. I’ll go back to this location every time.

My first time stopping by was a blessing in disguise. I accidentally made an appointment for a Craftsman Auto Care in Fairfax, but when I went to the Merrifield location by mistake, Brennan still took care of me and my car even though I didn't have an appointment with them. I received a call later about what needed to be done and even received pictures of the issues that needed to be resolved. I picked up my car after work and drove home after paying, but noticed the "Maintenance Required" sign on my dashboard was still on, so I was thinking of stopping by later the next day. I received a follow-up call from Pete the next day about how my car was doing and I informed him about the "Maintenance Required" sign. He said they could take a look at that as soon as I drive over since it wouldn't take to long for them. When I drove over and went inside, Pete came to greet me and said that one of the mechanics could take a look at my car to fix the issue. And he was right! It didn't take too long and I was back at work before my break was over! Thank you, Brennan, Pete and I think it was Jose that took a look at my car. I'll be stopping by your store whenever there's an issue with my car!
