Called up because my plastic undercarriage on my car came loose, spoke with Mason, he was courteous and attentive. Told me to bring it by they would stick it on the lift and take a look at it for me. Came by within the hour, he took the car right back, lifted it and repaired it. In and out in under 10 minutes. Just amazing service. Couldn’t ask for any better. Needed headlight replaced. A simple task but I had a limitation preventing me from doing it myself. JD was able to do the job in under 2 minutes. This why I keep coming back to this Craftsman location. The work and service are always what I expect and need. I highly recommend them.

The staff was super professional, fast, and friendly. The waiting room is equipped with snacks and coffee for the stranded. Ask for Matt, he’s great!
