Craftsman Auto Care - Alexandria is the absolute best! I love how they give you a thorough inspection of your car and send it to your phone. It is so detailed on what’s needed for your car or what needs to be change or just the status under your car. I was so impressed. Also, I want to add that they never try to sell you any “unnecessary” service like what you hear at dealerships. I highly recommend them!

General inspection of vehicle.

I had a spare put on my vehicle. The technicians were courteous and put my tire on super fast. The check-in area was nice and comfortable. I’m really glad I stopped here.

I was in a pickle with needing to get my wheel bearing fixed and some tire repair. I was able to get right in and serviced with minimum to little cost. I was grateful, satisfied and happy with the great service. Don't over look this great place for service they have a great staff and knowledgeable team. Will come back in the future. High quality service low price!!!

Came to have an oil change and my spark plugs replaced. Ziya was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. The waiting room is really nice as well if you need to get some work done while you wait. Will definitely come back for all car repairs in the future! 5/5

Excellent service! Have used them for 2 of our cars. Very honest and professional. Highly recommend especially for pre purchase inspection. They provided a very detailed report with photos of issues for visualization which was very useful.
