After getting a flat tire, Craftsman was able to give me an appointment the same day to check the tire and see if they can fix it or not. While they were unable to fix them, Richard assisted me and told me the honest truth about my tire and how it would need to be replaced. Instead of sneakily upselling me to purchase 4 tires at the moment, he only asked me to replace one of them as his best recommendation. He gave me a quote for one tire, inflated the spare tire since it was very low on air, and put all of the spare tire materials in its original place located in the trunk. While I ended up getting 4 tires replaced at Costco since there was a deal and it was in stock at the moment, I am very happy and pleased for what Richard and the rest of the Craftsman crew provided for me today. I will definitely come again if there is an issue with my vehicle.

Very efficient and good price

Excellent service. The shop smelled nice and it was clean which it's almost u heard of. They gave me a comprehensive list of things that I need to take care of on my car by priority which Is helpful. I will be back to complete all the services recommended. Very impressed with the service.

I needed brake lights changed on my Lexus RX 350. Craftsman Auto Care got the job well done really fast and in an efficient manner. Great customer service and tech workmanship.
