Mason was incredibly helpful in getting my car checked in. Throughout the repair process, the mechanics were professional and efficient, completing the job in a timely manner without sacrificing quality. What really stood out to me was their willingness to explain the issue and solution in a way that was easy to understand, which made me feel confident in their expertise. And to top it all off, their prices were extremely reasonable. Overall, I highly recommend Craftsman Auto Care to anyone in need of a reliable and trustworthy mechanic. The team at Craftsman Auto Care went far and beyond to help me with my car needs. They worked on my car quickly, and were helpful accommodating my needs. Ray and all the guys at the shop provided me with excellent customer service. I would recommend this shop to everyone! Do not hesitate to come here.

I called around a few shops to get a quote for a tire rotation and this was the only shop that did it complementary. Awesome customer service throughout and the service was done exceptionally fast. Definitely coming back here for other services

I was so fortunate to get my car seen and tested asap by Ray, the manager at Mclean Craftsman Auto Care. Va.they were booked solid but he kindly squeezed me in 2 days later. I had taken it to the dealer about a month before to get new tires, rods and brake pads replaced . I noticed a knocking sound a few days later after the service done at the Lexus dealer the sound was not consistent so I waited 2 weeks ( In the meantime I didn't need to drive my Lexus as I was going out of town later that week) but it never went away and occurred when I turned my wheel slightly. no engine light ever illuminated.on my return I had a friend look at it and he recommended I take it in if it continued but the engine was sound as well as brakes and the knocking had stopped but came back 3 days later so I took it to Craftsman Auto. The mechanics checked under the car and did a thorough test drive and were able to hear the knocking.What they found was unbelievable! Apparently the Lexus dealership did not tighten the lugs on my 3 new tires they replaced! I immediately realized what a dangerous predicament the Lexus dealer had put me in! Craftsman saved me and my family from what could have been a deadly outcome! I will add that I did take the car to the dealer first again and they insisted they had to do a diagnostic first which was over 200.00 and I am glad I refused and right away I called Ray in Mclean. Ray and his team kept me informed on what they were testing and checked to make sure I was comfortable during my wait time. I owe the entire team so many thanks and gratitude, and I was so surprised when Ray would not accept payment for services rendered! Mclean Craftsman auto are definitely my to go auto mechanics in the future!
