We had an excellent experience with Craftsman Auto. They helped to repair our transmission in a very timely manner, and were honest about some other important car repairs that needed to be addressed. Very detailed inspection report! Professional work! I waited for 2+ hours for an oil change. (I had an appointment) - but the quality of work was worth waiting! Free coffee and nice waiting area though.

I’ve been taking my car here for about 2 years and they have been so good to me each time. Their services can be a little pricey, BUT you always know you’re getting great care and they’re the only folks I trust enough to bring my car to in the area. They take the time to walk you through any problems and the respective work that will need to be completed and always do a great job- I’ve not had a single problem with any of their work. Excellent service and extremely friendly staff. While traveling from FL to NH we stopped to visit my cousin in Alexandria and during our visit the brakes stopped functioning properly. Dropped my car off on Wednesday without an appointment and got it back mid-day on Friday. Incredible turn around and the friendliest service I’ve seen in a long time. DJ also answered some questions we had regarding our RV.
