I was in Virginia to help my daughter buy a good used vehicle, and to find a reliable mechanic who would provide a comprehensive inspection of the vehicle when she goes in for routine oil changes or tires, and let her know what she needs to do to avoid having a missed maintenance item become a critical and expensive problem later on. Craftsman provides those services, and even provided a complimentary inspection of her new vehicle purchase, putting her mind at rest that the vehicle is safe and the sale went as promised. They have been able to accommodate me as a walk-in on more than a few occasions, for both big and relatively random/embarrassing things (like I couldn’t get my caps off to fill air in my tires, or change the bulbs in my headlights). They’ve always been so nice (and nonjudgmental!), and I really appreciate their business.
