Very competent staff. Took the old family beater in when it started throwing random codes. They did a great job diagnosing an electrical issue that caused multiple systems to fail. Drew was also helpful in scoping the work to focus on priorities within my budget.

My vehicle was inadvertently dropped off at the Mr. Tire to have new brake pads put on the front. After getting the vehicle back from them, there were no brakes at all working and there were tons of error codes on my vehicle. Basically they forced the calipers open to get the brake pads on with an electric brake system. Thankfully this shop took my car in and was kind enough to do a diagnostic, check the brakes, reset the codes, and not take me for tons of money. Not only did they help me out of a jam, they were super kind, patient, and willing to fit me in. I felt welcome and respected even though I was in a bad situation from a mistake that somebody had dropped it off at the wrong shop. I am thankful for the group of technicians at this establishment and I advise everyone to start there first.
