Quick and easy visit

Well everything seemed good with the oil change , tire rotation and few of the other things they did. Woke up the next day and my check engine light was on . Texted the rep and her reply was because it was only an oil change, probably unrelated to why the check engine light was on . She stated for $180 dollars they could run a full diagnostic on it . Felt that it was not handled the right way . Won’t return.

The guys at Craftsman were so helpful. They were luckily able to squeeze in the work on my car the same day I called. The prices were very reasonable and I trust that the advice was genuine. Would definitely use Craftsman again!

After a terrible experience and getting absolutely ripped off at a different mechanic (who charged me $200 for an oil change, tire rotation and diagnostic, told me I had to buy the a new piece from the dealership myself, and were just terribly rude) I decided to call Craftsman Auto Care and I must say the difference in customer service alone was night and day! Ray and his team were so welcoming, and walked me through every step of the way - what I actually needed, and what I could hold off on. Ray explained that not only did I not need to buy the piece, he had it all fixed and ready to go in a couple of hours! These guys are incredible, I felt treated fairly and kindly and they just got a customer for life!

Craftsman Auto Care did a fantastic job servicing my vehicle and providing me with the knowledge to ensure it is fully functional. I would recommend them to anyone needing auto care in the area.

I recently visited Craftsmans for some repairs on my vehicle and I was thoroughly impressed with the service. From start to finish, the Mr. Ziya was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Upon arriving, I was promptly greeted by Mr. Ziya who listened attentively to my concerns about my vehicle. He then proceeded to diagnose the issue and provided a clear explanation of what was needed to fix it, along with a fair estimate of the cost.The repair work was completed in a timely manner. Overall, I would highly recommend Craftsman to anyone in need of auto repairs or maintenance and go see Mr. Ziya. I will definitely be returning.
