So happy to have a honest auto repair shop close by in Ashburn! I had the complementary digital diagnostic done to give my old car a check up to confirm it's road worthiness as it was having issues when accelerating. The diagnostic showed I needed new spark plugs (and some other maintenance items) and I was relieved to hear the car is otherwise fine. There was no sales pressure to have any of the work performed right away, nor any upselling. I changed the plugs on my own and the car runs great now! I brought the car back to have the front brakes serviced and coolant flushed, and the work was professionally completed the same day. The folks at Craftsman are friendly and knowledgeable and are welcoming. I'll definitely bring my cars to Craftsman the next time service is needed.

New to the area and was nervous about finding a new mechanic/auto shop. Thankfully this place was great! They didn't over charge me or try and pull a fast one. They do a free inspection with photos for things your car might need but isn't required right away. They send the report to your phone for you to review on your own time and don't pressure you at all to add more services on the spot. I like this place a lot and will be back as a regular customer 🙂 Kind, honest, and helpful.
