I've been looking for a good auto shop in the area, after trying several I finally found this one. They are friendly and fast. They didn't try to upsale or talk me into maintenance I don't need. I highly recommend this shop.

we are a couple of Canucks on a trip to DC and our breaks seized. We rolled into Craftman and the Gentleman at the front was one of the most friendly human beings we have come across on our trip. Not knowing anyone in the area and also because we are Canadians we were worried about how this would go down but the afternoon was quite pleasant as we waiting for our vehicle. We showed up at around 11am and we were back on the road by 4pm. Lots of laughs with friendly people and had the opportunity and pleasure to meet a couple of Veterans… What an honour! Craftsman showed us what happens to the breaks and what they were going to do to fix it. 10 out of 10 amazing service. Thank you so much for making us feel at home even though we were far away from our own home

Recently I took my 2013 Chevrolet Corvette to this establishment to get new tires installed and an alignment preformed. The store manager, Matt Weller, was very professional and knowledgeable in ordering and delivery of my tires. I informed him that I was going to wait for my car. Nick, was the technician that installed my tires and preformed the alignment. He knew I was going to wait for my car so he came to the front lounge to introduce himself and answered my questions. I could have not been any happier with the whole process.

I was able to schedule same-day appointment and the estimate they gave me was accurate and I really appreciated that! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and I will definitely do business with them again!

I’ve been coming here for about a year now, don’t have my vehicle serviced often because I don’t trust the dealer. But since I have brought my vehicle to Craftsman AutoCare they have been very helpful with listing out my vehicles needs in order of priority and they send me a user friendly list with pictures of the problem so I understand what’s going on. The work is affordable and done in a timely manner. They give the best warranties to show for their good work, I will be coming to Craftsman AutoCare for a long time in the foreseeable future!
