This is my Go-to auto shop, that I have been going to for the last few years now. Craftsman sends a text/email with the status on your vehicle that I use to call and ask questions. Staff is very friendly, honest, and knowledgeable about what is truly needed and what you should just keep an eye on. As long as I still live in Fairfax, I'll keep coming back here!

Highly recommend! Brought my car in for a tire leak issue, and was informed they do a courtesy inspection for any cars brought in. Staff is super professional. I had the pleasure of working with Richard Tonetti, and he was great. He took the time to walk me through my inspection details which was extremely helpful because it gave me a good understanding of what was urgent and non-urgent. They send you a detailed report via text which allows you to see pictures of everything they're referencing in the inspection. I look forward to using them for all my auto care needs.

Very helpful with information the provided me. Did a full inspection on my 90 corolla with pictures of what i needed replaced. Very professional and happy with the fact that they didn't do an alignment know knowing the car needs parts. Very honest and will definitely come back.

Efficient and friendly I was able to get in and out quickly for an inspection. They took the time to discuss upcoming repairs and tentative issues with me, but were not pushy about it.
