Craftsman Auto Care - Mclean
This place was excellent, fast and very friendly. My day started with talking to Steve at 7:30 AM and I was told that they could do both my front and rear brakes and be done by 3:00 PM. Not only was this very fast, but Steve and team gave me a price that was 50% less than what the dealer was quoting, and they even threw in a discount too at the end, and also let me take some stickers and a cuzzi for my daughter. Very impressed by this place and definitely will go back if needed, thank you for everything, you guys are awesome!

Good vibes from the start of my initial phone call, to my visit to the shop. Dashaun and Craftsman staff in general are very accommodating and understanding of my situation. knowing how important my car is to my occupation. We managed to cut a fair deal on price for oil change, alignment and spark plug replacement. Overall a good experience, although its something I didn't want to spend money on, this shop made the the spend worth it. Also Waiting room has free coffee and a free book written by the CEO with your visit!
