A friend recommended Craftsman (McLean) to me and I’ve taken my cars here several times since. I’ve always been satisfied with the service they provide here. Ray and the staff are always kind, straight-forward, efficient and honest about the services needed or recommended. I usually drop off my car and it’s typically been ready for pickup later the same day. I trysts Craftsman with regular maintenance as well as diagnosing and repairing problems. Bonus that the waiting area is always clean and they provide snacks.

Matt the owner took the time to personally go out on a test drive and accurately diagnose the problem. He saved me thousands of dollars of unneeded repairs I was told I had to have buy a prior service center. Honest and professional repair at a fair price I will definitely be back!
