Went to Alexandria location and worked with Steve. My car was making noise from rear passenger side and it was driving me crazy. Could not figure where it was coming from. These guys were awesome. They were able to detect the noise and pointed out to me and got it fixed with some lubricantion. They did not even charge me for the service! Definitely recommend!!

Really quick diagnostic, loved the presentation it was really easy to understand. They were really proactive to make a decision on a service ahead of the weekend so they could order the parts, and it was completed ahead of schedule with a really easy payment and closeout experience, they even shared more details of the work that I will do on the side which was really helpful.

I had a great experience at this Craftsman Auto. It was super clean, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Crystal, and the service was fast and thorough. I had a bit of an odd situation with my brake pads, and Craftsman Auto took a look at it and provided a detailed diagnostic (pictures, explanations, overall car health rating, etc.). They easily could’ve charged me for their time on this diagnostic but did not as no work was performed. It felt like they actually cared that I had a good experience - offered me coffee and held the door open for me, answered all my questions, and provided good communication. This was definitely the best experience I’ve ever had a car place, and I will definitely be using them in the future for all my car needs.
