Craftsman Auto Care was used for my emissions test. They gave a good free inspection with images/suggestions/comparisons. They made it easy to see what needs to be fixed, what should be fixed, and what is fixed. I look forward to having them fix what is needed.

Before I mention anything else, I am a bus operator with many years of experience in the industry. Due to this, almost daily I am interacting with those who do the very same thing as this establishment; maintenance, repair etc. Because of this, my review is written with a well understanding of what good operations in a system like this is supposed to be like. This autoshop is extremely organised, tidy, and cleanliness is clearly valued. The workers here are outstandingly proper, well mannered, respectable individuals. From watching them as they did their job, I could tell that they were knowledgeable and precise in their work. I came here because I noticed my vehicle experienced shakiness in higher speeds, which I acquitted to a imbalance in the tires. However, the workers here did a drive test and came to the correct conclusion that there was no problem with my car, aside from my tires becoming slightly bumpy. They immediately recognised this, and without ANY payment they explained that I could go on with this set of tires for 4-5 more months before needing replacement. If I were to have gone to any other auto shop, they would’ve charged me significantly (even with zero problems in my vehicle), and had me go on with my day as they relished in my money. I highly recommend this auto shop. This is not in any way a commercial, just a man wanting others to appreciate this absolute gem for what it is. You can rest assured that you will be in good hands in Craftsman Auto Care.
