Took my car there for inspection. My service advisor was great, he was patient and polite. The technician did the inspection meticulously, failed my inspection due to a small tiny issue, but understandable. The manager was the worst part, I tried to explain my car’s situation to him for a few times and he wouldn’t let me to finish my sentence, not once. Will not return.

Today's visit was quick and easy. The young lady at the front desk was welcoming and knowledgeable. The young man Andrew that service my vehicle was quick and I didn't have to ask him to put my spare back and set the TPMS back. Def affordable and I have and will recommend there service to all my fellow colleagues, thanks again.

It's what the auto repair experience should be!! A positive customer experience infused with technology and a people first mentality. I received a detailed report with pictures via text. Calls were answered promptly. The shop is immaculate, the staff was happy and cheery (even at the end of a work day) but most of all the work got done quickly and for a good value. I would highly recommend that you try Craftsman out.
