I'm giving one star for this place. 1. Made an appointment a week ago at 8.00 a.m. Dropping the car off at 8.00 a.m. and sitting there for 1.10 hrs. with my car still in the lot. Many cars come after are getting service before me. What is the point of an appointment? 2. I have been told by a technician the shop cannot install 245/35R20 on 20x9 rim which is ridiculous. The size is within the specification by the manufacturer on 20x9 rim. Just one true opinion.

Craftsman Auto guys saved the day for us again. Believe me if I praise someone for their work it’s for real. First, I made huge mistake and took my vehicle to another auto center that starts with a N here in Fairfax. They flat out told me they couldn’t repair my car “ take it else where”. And I did just that, I immediately called Craftsman and the manager said bring it in right now within 30 minutes those professional mechanics diagnosed the issued , quoted me a price. And gave me estimated time for part and repair . I was so grateful to receive this kind of service . The whole staff is kind , professional and trust worthy. And the owner is a delight to speak to as well. My daughter and I appreciate all of you guys. Keep up the good work! I will be referring your shop to my friends and family. ❤️

My Power Seats and Mirrors stopped working on my 2013 F150 after I reached down between the seats and console to retrieve my phone. I suspected that I might have loosed a power wire connection. I took the truck to the local Ford Dealer in Fairfax and told them the problem. They told me they would do a diag. They would have to charge me a separate diag fee for the mirror and seat. I told them just do seat hoping they figure out the issue. Anyway, they say "Need to start by replacing driver's side seat module, programming, and then recheck for any other issues" estimate would be $1060.00. I thought to myself I just paid for a diag to the find problem, not start replacing parts to the find problem. I declined and told them I would get a second opinion. I came to here and had them do a diag, they did not try to charge me for both items, told them what I think might have happened. Matt and his staff were very professional and Matt explained the problem after his mechanic properly diagnosed the issue later that day. The problem as I suspected was a loose power connection underneath the seat that i probably dislodged while reaching for my phone. He reconnected the loose wire fitting and my power seats and mirrors are back to normal. They saved me a lot of money and headaches. I highly recommend Matt and his staff for their exceptional customer service and honesty. Thank You!

Had small tire leaking from the valve core, they had me in and out in no time and I had a pleasure talking with everyone. Great people, and that original Curry quality. I'll definitely come here again.
