Be Aware ! Be Aware from this guys ! THEY ARE SCAMMERS ! I just got my BMW Repair about 12/22/22 and they “ fixed “ engine oil leak ! They did complete maintenance to my BMW they change Air filter,carbin Air filter,Engine Filter, Yesterday I got my car in there Shop for insurance claim abut 3 Wheels replacement And guess what the messed up me BMW 1 oil Engine Leak ? 2 Transmission Fluid ? 3 Front Suspension ? 4 Rear Suspension ? 5 Exhaust System ? Be very careful I will get second opinions before you get any repair from this guys Not professional they are Crooks Jack up the price I take my BMW to the dealer in Maryland Everything that they did to my BMW will be fixed Make no mistake I will take them To Court And make sure that they will pay me back for All what they did Don’t take your car to this guys Be carful. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Eli - This review is very misleading as to what we provided for you and your vehicle. Per our records, this vehicle was previously owned by a different customer of ours. The photos of invoices you have attached to this review are services we provided for the previous owner of this vehicle. All the work stated was performed before you owned the vehicle. Yesterday, on 1/17/2022 you came to us for a full diagnostic/inspection after you mentioned you hit something in the road and wanted an estimate for any potential damage caused. As with every vehicle that comes through our shop, we perform a thorough inspection of the car with various photos and our analysis of what we see. We then make recommendations to the customer based on our expert findings. This information is then turned over to the customer for them to decide how they would like to move forward. The full diagnostic inspection was the only service that we provided for you as our customer on your newly acquired BMW. Everything we recommended was based on expert findings, and it is our job as your auto repair experts to share all information acquired with you in order to keep your vehicle in the best shape possible. For example, the recommended struts & shocks on the front and rear is due to the age/mileage of your vehicle and is in alignment with the manufacturer’s recommendation. (2012 BMW 535 w/ 113,000 miles). We’ve reached out to you regarding this issue over the phone, but unfortunately you are still unsatisfied with our professional recommendations. I came in to get a second opinion on my 2006 Honda Accord. I submitted an appointment request online and received a confirmation via email shortly after. I dropped my car off and the gentleman at the desk was very friendly. He gave me a rough estimate of when I would hear from them and I went on my way. A few hours later, I received a text with a link to my inspection. I was extremely impressed with the inspection I received because it included pictures of my car and detailed comments on what was wrong or what was good. This was really impressive as I have never received such before. Unfortunately, the quote to have my car repaired was over budget given how old the car was so I didn’t go through with the repairs. However, I would definitely go back for service and would recommend them to others!

Very friendly staff, nice waiting area with couches, chairs, TV’s, snacks and bathrooms. Personable staff with a great sense of humor. Vehicle inspection was done in an efficient manner and they provided all the information necessary. Would definitely recommend to anyone. I’ll be back!

Remarkable! Son bring auto home to Boston, MA from Fl -low profile rear tire blew out and donut installed to get to a tire co in Mclean VA area. Had tire shipped in overnight as know one had tire and it was back ordered for wks. Went to Dealership (Merc) to have tire installed and they attempted, put tire on rim but could not set it- charged him 240.00 for trying. He brought tire to four specialty tire shops only to be told it was stretched by Merc and would not set and advised other tire shops. He went to each one with same results. I flew in following morning to get this accomplished as it was impossible for me to understand. These wheels and rims less than a year old and very expensive. I proceeded to four different recommended shops only to end with Craftsman. They understood the problem and understood we had to be on the road that night to get back to Boston for mother/grnadnothers 98 th birthday celebration. They fully communicated the problems and the possible solutions. By 630 p.m a Friday evening. they had the rear tires on the original rims installed, balanced and tires aligned for a VERY competitive price, No price gouging. The personnel fabulous, responsive, incredibly positive with a "can do"/"must do" attitude. The owner who happened to be there when first entered was equally as supportive, determined and sincere. You can not go wrong with this company, this is proof positive. I own two businesses in Boston for over 25 years and this company has it down. They are courteous, direct, helpful, responsive, and capable. Go to them for your car issues before going anywhere else. Made it home without a hitch.
