I want to thank crafts man and specially MR. ZIYA for his great customer service , he is really kind and professional, he repaired my Toyota Camry hybrid very fast with good price, I will definitely come back to him.

It was very straightforward to set up an appointment and check-in. They were very upfront about concern about being able to do my wheel alignment due to potential clearance issues (I had new aftermarket wheels). They were able to creatively overcome the clearance thing. Mike was the mechanic that did my alignment, and he was very friendly and courteous. Mike showed me the potential issues and areas it might rub, and provided great advice on when to do a check up again. At no point did I feel like I was being sold something I don't need, and the pricing was reasonable! I do plan on returning for other services for my mustang.

Came in for wheel alignments and state inspection, and they were speedy and polite throughout the process. The shop was clean and pleasant to wait in. The price was also reasonable.
