I am a single hard working woman. I work two jobs. Life can be expensive. I come to Craftsman because they are honest, efficient and so very helpful always. There has not been anytime either over the phone or in person where they have not been anything but helpful and kind. I would not take my car anywhere else but here. I am not originally from here so I have a lot of people telling me where to take my car to be worked on, but I tell them no, I will only take it to Craftsman. It's quality work and they almost always have the work done in one day. They know I do not know a lot about cars and they would never, ever take advantage of that. Great place to go!!! Highly recommended. I forgot to mention super dependable.

I brought in a 2005 BMW 325ci for alignment after I changed the tie rods. I made the appointment online which was quick and convenient. They recommended service for other issues and backed it up with photos sent to my phone. I generally have a distrust of repair shops but the photos reassured me the suggested services were needed. Crystal was working the counter that morning; she was polite, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. I will return in the future and will recommend the shop to others.

There services are done the next day so far for my experience without making appointment. It makes it easier to plan things without car for me.

I can’t praise enough the solid work & professionalism of the team at the Sterling location! From the greeting & paperwork handling by John & Andrew to the techs Austin & Micah working on my vehicles, I have been nothing less than impressed by the service I’ve received!

I got car diagnosed here. They did an amazing job. Very efficient at communicating what was going on with my vehicle, and the next steps i needed to take. I highly recommend them!
