Very thorough with the safety inspections.

I was very much looking forward to rating this auto shop with five stars but I can’t because I’m waiting in the lobby at 2:32 for my car, that I brought in at 10am for an oil change. And they had just started on my car at 1:30pm (but again, my appointment was at 10am). I will say, however, that scheduling my appointment over the phone was pleasant and easy. I thought I would have had to cancel the appointment due to not having a ride to work (10 minute drive) and they offered to take me! Very gracious customer service gesture. I had a good experience with the man who drove me, I wish I remembered his name! If I remember or find out, I will update the review to include him personally. But really, I just don’t appreciate my time not being valued.

Brought my car there yesterday for regular maintenance. They send pictures and descriptions of exactly what's going on with your vehicle to show you what's good, what's bad and everything in between. They did show me a problem with my rear shocks and that they need to be eventually replaced. After discussing it with my friend who is a mechanic, I was able to verify that everything they told me was true. Their honesty is exactly why I'll be bringing my car back. Wish I discovered this place earlier.

They were great! The attention to detail from recognizing the problem and taking their time explaining the issues found. They went above and beyond by pointing me in the right direction, making sure I had the proper information to show the dealer. I really appreciate that. Thank you again!
