Craftsman Auto Care - Merrifield
What wonderful service!! I drove up from Virginia Beach yesterday to visit the area and on the way I hit something in the road and landed a nail in my tire. Explained my situation, and how i have to drive back down tonight… they got me in fast and checked everything out quickly… turns out they pulled the nail— it didn’t puncture all the way through and they did a full run through inspection on the vehicle to make sure everything else was good. All free of charge! So grateful for the wonderful men that helped today. Thank you!!

The customer service was great, inspection took about 30 minutes middle of the day, the lobby offers snacks and coffee or you can walk up the road to a Starbucks. They gave me a list of items my car may need repaired in the near future but never pressured me to have it fixed right away. also had to get a tire patched and the cost was very reasonable. Will definitely come here again! Love the holiday decorations

On line reservations with 2 choices with quick answer...nice waiting area...might suggest a restroom for patrons that is not located in garage...but it was doable...I'm a return customer...they do great work...friendly folk...

On Friday late afternoon, on my way to pick up my son from school, my car had a flat tire. It was basically sitting on the rim due to a fast eak from a slash on the side. I was able to get to Craftsman Auto Care and they were amazing and so attentive. They looked at the tire right away, put a tire on order for my vehicle and got it in and fixed the very next day. It's so refreshing to work with an auto care team that doesn't make an already stressful situation more stressful or take advantage of a single mother with kids in tow. I will be using Craftsman Auto Care for all my car care needs and you should too 🙂
