I can’t speak highly enough of Craftsman Auto. They’ve always shown respect and are always very timely with the work they do. Love this place. They take pics of all problems and text you so you can see the condition before agreeing to repairs. Also, they are working hard to be part of my community. Just a couple weeks back I was getting the kids in the car for Thanksgiving trip and oil light popped on. Called Steve and he said bring it by. No appt, late Friday PM, car full of kids and luggage and Steve dropped everything opened up a bay and hooked me up with a once over and a few quarts of oil. Totally free, totally awesome. In and out in minutes. I bring my car here for everything. Thanks Steve and Happy Holidays.

I took my car in for tires and to be checked out for a noise it was making. Deymar sent me via email an itemized breakdown of minor and maintenance repairs needed. I was able to decide on urgent repairs needed that were very reasonably priced! And the work was all done in a timely manner. I appreciated the communication and fast service! Took our car to the shop after another place didn't fully tighten the drain plug for our oil. Gave the car a full review, put new oil in the car, gave us a good tip on how to cleanup the spilled oil, and didn't charge us anything!! Appreciated the great customer service and the tlc after getting bad luck.
