I found a screw in my back tire. I stopped by Craftsman auto care to see if I could get it patched. Unfortunately, because of where it was, Krystal Grubbs, the manager, said It would require a new tire. It was close to their closing time and their techs on other repairs. Krystal asked if I had a spare (I did!). She was able to get someone to do a quick tire change for me. When I offered to (gladly) pay for this service she said she was not going to charge me. I am so appreciative of her generosity and kindness. I can't recommend Craftsman Autocare enough. Please go see them for your autocare needs. I am so thankful for Krystal and her staff. I will make sure to pay this forward. Thank you! Thank you!

The team at Craftsman are amazing! They were incredibly kind and thorough in their inspection. They provided documentation on the inspection including pictures of everything to match their assessment and made sure my car was ready to go before my road trip. I was also able to make an early appointment the day before going in which was awesome and they were transparent about what parts they had in stock and when I would be able to expect them if I decided to replace them - which is awesome especially for newer drivers like myself. Would highly recommend and I will be returning for future car needs - I live out in Arlington and it is very much worth the drive over!

I've been coming to Craftsman for couple years now and won't go anywhere else. Staff are so professional and welcoming. Not only are their prices competitive, their service can't be beat. Go see DeShaun at Craftsman, you won't regret it.
