I was in the market for a new mechanic, doing maintenance on my 2014 Kia forte, was not happy with my old mechanic. This shop is only a mile from house, made an appt. They did a complete inspection, oil change and informed me of somethings that needed to be replace, which were replaced. No problem. Front office people were 100% professional and courteous. Sadly, a week later without warning or any engine light indicators my car decides to have major issues in Culpeper on my way back from UVa. Got her towed to Craftsman's Auto, they reviewed everything, repeated diagnostics and it turned out to be the catalytic converter. My luck. They worked to get an aftermarket one but sadly Kia designed it in such a way that is had to come from a dealer. In the meantime, they got me a loaner from another store to use, while waiting for the part to come in. Both Matt and Drew were yet again professional, looking out for my best interest and making sure I was taken care of. Highly recommend Craftsman's Auto to anyone. It's how mechanic shops should be.

Have had plenty of work done here and have always been happy with the result! The report they include with every visit is very helpful and informative. I've never felt pressured into adding on any additional services either, which is great.
