I have been using Craftsman Auto for years to keep my 2015 GLK in perfect running condition! It is 8 years old and has 208,000. Thanks to Andrew Gunn and his team I have never had a failure of any component. The digital inspection, preventative maintenance and repair options based on what is shown in that digital inspection saves money, time and effort for everyone!!! On my runs from Warrenton in on 66 I still can get 30 MPG and it's a 6 cylinder! Keep up the great work!!! Looking forward to my next visit!

I am extremely thankful to Craftsman Auto Care on Lee Highway in Fairfax,VA… I drove here to my daughter’s home for Thanksgiving and my RPM gauge was fluctuating on my way here. These men were extremely helpful and assured me they would get my car in and check things out for me. They sent me a detailed report which included pictures… Matt went over the report with me on the phone as well. They decided they did not need to do the further diagnostic test that would have cost me $180… (honest people)…they gave me a thorough list of upcoming service I should have done. I dropped my car off at 7 am and I had it back by 11:30 ….I left feeling relieved that my car would make the 350 mile trip back to NY this weekend. If you want a thorough, honest, professional place to take your car… this is the best choice! Thank you SO much Craftsman Auto Care.

What a breath of fresh air! We finally found car care that not only is pleasant to deal with, but honest, and reasonably priced. I brought my 2003 Toyota Tacoma in for a state inspection and the tech found rot on the frame of the truck which was a manufacturing defect that Toyota had addressed. They helped me navigate contacting Toyota but unfortunately found that my truck had exceeded the recall timeframe and I would have had to purchase a new frame not to mention the labor of swapping it out. I assumed the truck was a total loss, but Reggie assessed the damage and identified a way to repair it saving me thousands of dollars. Not only that, he proactively warned me that he could uncover additional rust damage, but when just the opposite happened (less damage than expected) the actual work came in under their estimate! When I went to pick the car up, Reggie gladly put the truck up on the lift and showed me the repair work along with the paint job he did to seal the exposed metal. We're so glad to have a neighborhood garage that we can trust. Highly recommend these guys!
