Brought my car to Craftsman Auto Care after another garage did not correct the issue with my car after two attempts. Craftsman Auto Care diagnosed the issue and fixed the issue. Great customer service.

We made an appointment to take the car to Craftsman and it would not start, so they sent a tow, assessed all of the issues in the car (four over different systems), completed the repair and had the car back to us quickly --- at a price that was lower than what we expected. As someone who has been overcharged elsewhere, very grateful to find a place that has fantastic service at a great price.

While I received an overall complementary inspection of my vehicle I was sent a text with a thorough status of wheee my car stands with pics too! They Definitely surpassed my expectations.
