I took my car here after a major issue with it because it was close. I got my car back with a different issue. It's been weeks and I've taken it back multiple times, yet my car still has the issue from their repair.

Editing Review: I had to return today 10/21/22 for a minor repair with my license plate due to rusted screws. I couldn't take off one of the plates and in a bit of panic after several unsuccessful attempts and YouTube videos; I called Craftsman Auto Care. Matt picked up and was very patient, transparent, and kind. He shared about the potential options and though I didn't have an appointment, shared that they might be able to squeeze my car in that day. After dropping my car off and praying for the best, everything worked out and I was charged nothing for them to replace the license plate with new screws. To say I am grateful is an understatement. Customer for life. 🙂 Google limits reviews to only one post, so I am adding it here to share the good news. --------- (Original Post below from Dec 31, 2021) I've been going to the Fairfax location for two years before I was a customer at the Kingstowne location for 8 + years. I remember when Craftsman took over the Kingstowne location. That's how long I've been a customer. I visited the Fairfax location yesterday to get my oil changed, and car serviced. To prep for an upcoming road trip. I wasn't sure what to expect due to NYE being the next day. The team got my car in and out within the same day. My questions were answered, and the best part was a courtesy pick-up, so I didn't have to walk home and back. Lifesaver. I worked with Vincent, who was highly professional and provided updates regarding the progress of my car. Thanks to both Nick for taking my call and Vincent for ensuring that I was taken care of as a customer and technician Miguel that worked on my car. Happy Holidays & New Year to everyone!

They are a wonderful repair shop. I waited for my maintenance. It was an extremely comfortable waiting area. My service was accomplished in a very reasonable time frame. The service people were very polite & informative. They were cost reasonable. I would not hesitate to use their services for a minute!! A++++

All good, brake fluid flushing after several years for first time. Timely appointment work. Took 2.hours. applied a credit from previous service work. Alejandro and Clint , professional friendly service. I will likely be back for service for my cars needs.
