Been coming to the Alexandria location for years to have both vehicles service. On my last visit, I was told the rear shocks were leaking hydraulic fluid and needed replaced. The shocks were still under warranty. There was no charge involved in having them replaced. I wonder how many other shops would be this honest!

Prices are a little high, but the work done here is pretty good. I always seem to be able to get in at the last minute so I'm thankful for that.

I have been going to Craftsman Auto Care for many years now, and they have never disappointed me. They have an exceptionally knowledgeable team that communicates with me throughout the whole process. The staff is also extremely friendly, and I would be happy to take my car there for any problem. They have done some truly excellent work for me.
