I've been coming to Craftsman Autocare in Chantilly, Va for years now and I think it's time for a review, a 5 star review to say the least. Most recently, they did an oil change and tire rotation on my 2020 ford raptor. They were prompt in answering all of my questions and even send you a text with a full, end to end synopsis of your vehicles inspection, which comes with the oil change. For $100, I received superb service, full synthetic oil change (6qts), tire rotation on 37 inch tires which weigh almost 100lbs each and guidance on next steps in regards to upcoming service. They even let me go back into the shop to see exactly what was done and what issues I need to attend to in the near future (my curious self). I have family in the auto industry and know when companies are trying to sell you services that don't necessarily need to be done. All of their recommendations are either preventative (recommended) maintenance or priority matters. I highly recommend to utilize Craftsman Autocare in Chantilly, Va for all of your auto maintenance needs!
