First of all , I have never been more pleased with an Auto shop before coming to Carftsman. Very inviting atmosphere..love the waiting area..Krystal and her staff went above and beyond to take care of what another auto place screwed up. Made sure I was able to get back and forth to work while waiting for my car to be fixed. Micca the mechanic came in on his day off to help out also. I will never go anywhere else with my baby (my Car). Krystal made me feel very comfortable (I am usually anxious when dealing with my baby)and explained everything to me where I could understand .Thank you guys again for all your hard work!!

Wow! Amazing service. I have lots of experience getting cars repaired over the years, and I have never experienced care this good. I had both front control arms of my car replaced, plus an alignment, axle replacement, brake flush, and much more! They got everything done in less than 24 hours after the parts shipped in! The employees were so nice and respectful. The repairmen were quicker than anywhere else I have ever been. They did an inspection before repairs and sent me pictures and comments about everything that was wrong. On top of that, they have very reasonable prices. I would highly recommend Craftsman.

It's difficult to find good wheels and tires mounting place that will guarantee no damage or scratches to the wheel. This place guarantee perfection and zero damages. I recommend coming here if you have aftermarket wheels that needs to be mount. Staff is very polite and professional.

Poor service. Car worse off now than when first brought in. We took our car into this shop originally for a tire pressure sensor fault. The shop said it was just tire pressure so they filled the tires with air and did an invasive inspection of the entire vehicle during which they subsequently messed up the air conditioning (had to bring it back to fix). Then the tire pressure sensor fault came back afterward and we noticed a vibration coming from the dash which was never there prior to the inspection the shop did. We took the car back to have them fix their mistakes but they wouldn’t. Recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere for better repair and business practices.

Great service and a pleasant place to do business. Craftsman will now be our first choice for auto service.

It was my first visit ever and I will be coming back with all my car needs from now on! The right turn signal in my car was blinking so fast and I was worried that it’s something serious. Andrew just changed the light bulb and everything works just fine! The best thing is it took him literally 5 mins and he didn’t charge me for it at all. Thank you so much! Anna Robinson
