I got a report from the dealer that made me feel like I was driving a death trap. I went in to craftsman auto for 2nd opinion and they did a free diagnostic with pictures. car only needed regularly scheduled maintenance. Ahhh feel at ease and car runs great!!!!

This was my first visit to this auto shop. I took my car in for new tires, rotors, and brakes. The service was great, a five-star for sure. The people there were friendly and professional. I will for sure bring my cars there for future services.

This shop is absolutely the best i've ever been to! I've been to it a few times now but i noticed this time they had a new store manager named Krystal, I think. She was very helpful and overall the friendliest person i've ever had talk to me about my car. Most shops feel forced, like they're just trying to sell stuff, but not her. She genuinely seemed interested in me and my car, like i wasn't just another name and VIN number. The mechanics are amazing as well. They all friendly and understanding. I won't be going anywhere else ever again as long as she's the store manager and the mechanics stay as friendly as they are.
