Red flag! Wont give a quote over the phone. Just needed a quick quote and the service advisor kept trying to get me in for an inspection for the upsell.

Great shop as a first time user.had a radiator hose replaced from a friend who spoke highly of them .they offered to drive me to work since this happened at 7am when they opened but I had somebody come get me.Glad they were close my jeep wouldn’t have gone far.Give them a try they seem real honest.

They are hands down the best in town. You can trust them blindly! The bottom panel of my car has gotten detached and the metal was rubbing against the road while driving. I was very nervous that I would have to shell a lot of money to replace the part. Took my car to craftsman and they fixed it without even charging anything. They are honest, authentic and definitely talented in this field.

I have used craftsman for a few years with no problem at all, but also with no appreciation for what I was getting. Then, for a big service, someone suggested it's best to let the Audi dealer work on my car. Well that was an absolute nightmare. I had to book my appointment with Audi about four weeks in advance. Little did I know how short-staffed and backlogged they were and after two weeks of leaving the car with them with no loaner and no progress, plus very poor & unprofessional communication, I picked up my car in a fit of rage and called craftsman. They saw me immediately, completed the engine diagnostic in less than 24 hours, and got to the heart of some engine issues I’ve been having. Although it cost a lot of money, it was a fair price for this work and well worth it because of how manually intensive this work was and the level of communication along the way. This included their educating me on the difference between the caliber and experience level of people that the dealers hire versus Craftsman, whose employees have already worked at dealers and therefore have more experience (and presumably higher pay). I no longer see any reason to have the dealer service my car when I have craftsman in my area. And I will no longer take for granted the gem that they are.

The employees are very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. They are top notch individual(s). I highly recommend this establishment.
