Lisa had originally estimated a 4 hour wait for me when I took my wife's SUV for scheduled maintenance. I was pleasantly surprised to see our car pulled up out front after just a little over an hour. When Lisa said it was ready, I asked her how it was ready so quickly. She said she had asked the mechanics to get it done as quickly as possible.
