My experience here was wonderful. They have an excellent waiting room full of complimentary beverages and some light snacks. It’s also equipped with power so as I waited I was able to charge my iPhone. They have two areas to sit I chose the quiet one as I don’t watch tv. Still, there is a tv in all seating areas for people that like to. The customer service woman was excellent. She was a delight to work with. I’m not a huge fan of irrelevant talk and this worked out great. Introvert friendly is my personal choice. I didn’t feel upselled to anything and everything was factual and easy. The prices were economical and when they ordered my tire and said they’d call me when it arrived for my Ford Explorer they did. Within 48 hours we got called and tire was in their possession. I came in handed my keys they finished changing tire to new one and all was done in 15 minutes. This place is great and everyone was kind. The service here was great! My brakes and the maintenance needed was behind. My brakes were my top priority and I was happy that out of all th places I called, Edson (Ed) was absolutely amazing. I felt like my time and needs were met and important. Ed was honest with me and I am very thankful for the services here. I think I found my car repair home FINALLY. Edson was great to work with!
