The team at the Craftsmen location in McLean have been terrific. They’ve taken care of several different cars for me and they’ve always been straightforward and honest about their services. In addition to the typical services, they’ve dealt with lug nuts that needed to be cut off in order to replace a tire (don’t ask!), replacement side mirrors after a rock smashed in to the car, and checked on an old Honda that we were looking at buying. I’m happy to recommend them.

They etched my catalytic converter for free to deter thieves.
