Craftsman took my car around noon one day, delivered a detailed inspection of what was needed same day and had it ready 24 hours later! Technician was knowledgeable and kind. Had the patience to explain the process and answer all my questions. Their shop opens early for convenient morning drop off's and stays open later for pick up after work. They're service and availability was a whole blessing!! Forever grateful.

My 2022 Camry SE got caught on something sticking in a parking space bump stop ripping the black rubber part under the front end loose. Thanks to the ingenuity of the mechanics, I got out with just a $72 bill because they were able to fix it without having to replace the whole apparatus which would have been quite labor intensive and would have cost a fortune! The Craftsman auto care is a beautiful addition to the Sterling,Va. The customer Service is a 10 because the Craftsman employees work as team to service their scheduled or walk in customers. Why I know car shops that won’t service you unless you’re a member. So the next time your car needs service stop by the Craftsman…,…they offer a lounge area during the wait of car repairs.
