Great service and very professional. I didn't have an appointment but they were gracious enough to squeeze me in. They thoroughly inspected my vehicle and gave me a comprehensive assessment. I've had my vehicle since 2016 and this had never been done. I used to take my car to the dealership and one other location. Neither of them had provided this service since I purchased the car. I now have a plan to take care of my baby and keep her in great working condition. I highly recommend Craftsman for your car care.

LOVE Craftsman Auto Care. We live out of state and our daughter’s car had reached the point of being not road worthy. We brought the car to Craftsman on the strong recommendation of friends and we were NOT disappointed. They conducted a full assessment of the car and fixed only what needed to be fixed. No additional pressure to go above and beyond. I was provided with photos of all the needed work prior to the work being done, and discussed our options. I am delighted by the care and service we received and would highly recommend.

Excellent communications, great service, friendly staff. I waited for my car for about an hour, but I didn’t mind. I learned so much while I was there and was treated very well. It may sound strange, but I enjoyed hanging out in their modern lobby and talking shop with the staff and the other customers. I look forward to my next service there.
