Went in because my 2011 CRV was making a loud noice in am when starting. Diagnosis of entire vehicle was done which was needed for other problems that I knew I had since the CRV has been perfect since the day I got it. The problem that I originally came in for was found along with other small items that were found. Andrew was great to work with. He sent me the invoice of what each item cost and kept me up to date on my vehicle. Great customer service, price reasonable and would recommend them for anyone that wants an honest reliable auto shop to work on there vehicles.

I have a 1999 Porsche 911, and the previous owner had taken it to a Craftsman shop. They did an oil change for what I consider a very reasonable price and fixed dashboard lights not coming on which was an intense job of taking the dashboard out and checking electrical and coding, all for a reasonable price. I'm impressed and grateful.

I had a fantastic experience here with my car as well as my dad‘s car. They went above and beyond and make sure my car was taken care of. I had my car at another shop that was very highly rated, but they could not figure out the problem I was having. Craftsman found the problem and had me fixed in a few days. Top quality service and friendly staff! I will be taking all of my cars here from now on.
