It was easy to schedule the work, they were efficient, and the work was done right.

Craftsman Auto Care (McLean) is the greatest! I was drinking my coffee on the front porch this morning. My wife headed off to work. A few minutes later she pulls back in the driveway. This can't be good. She says the tire pressure warning light is on. I dig in the Miata and get out the "good" tire pressure gauge. Three of the tires read exactly 32 but the right rear is reading 26 - about 6 pounds low. She takes it up to Craftsman (McLean) and I give Ray a call to give him a heads-up about the issue. They pull her car right in and are able to fix it. Some corrosion on the rim was causing some leakage (might have been made worse by the huge temperature fluctuation we had yesterday). They had it repaired and she was back on her way to work in less than an hour! Huge thanks to Ray and his team!

Service was performed as promised in a timely manner and at a fair price. Ray was knowledgeable, professional and respectful.

The digital inspection report delivered via email and text is nice, especially with the included photos. An(Drew), DJ and Richard were nice to deal with and they clearly focus on customer service. However the quality of the work doesn't reflect the pricing. I had 4 new calipers fitted at a hefty price, and within 50ft of leaving the place I could hear something catching on the rotors. Yes, they made it right for free upon my return but how come this wasn't detected in a test drive? It was clearly audible to my untrained ear. Their inspection indicated my exhaust was fine. But I could again hear myself that something was wrong. If anyone had done a test drive the noise was a dead give away something was not right. Upon returning again and asking for a further inspection the after market CAT fitted by the previous owner was found to be the wrong flange size. They charged my $110 to diagnose the problem then put it back as it was. No fix. After complaining Drew reached out and refunded me. Again, great customer service after poor initial work. They replaced a rusted out oil pan. This was not something I knew about and I was happy to see it identified on my inspection. However after this work the car still had to be returned due to them incorrectly seating a rubber gasket. For the third time I had issues in the quality of their work. They made it right again for free. But 3 returns in 3 weeks?

My appointment was very satisfying on Saturday 8/6/22 with a tire rotation. They understood my request not to scratch or scrape my BMW sport factory rims or damage vehicle. A big savings at Craftsman Auto Care compared to BMW of Fairfax and customer service was outstanding. I had to leave-cancel my service while there at BMW of Fairfax service department on Saturday July 30, for the same tire rotation because a particular service writer had a bad attitude with me per a service request she refused. She also put her shoe up on the step plate driver's door and then slammed my vehicle driver's door. I will never ever go to BMW of Fairfax because all employees do not value their customers or care for their customers vehicles especially my 2021 and 2022 BMW.
