Craftsman Auto Care - Fairfax
Car was misfiring so stopped by on Saturday afternoon around 430. Was lucky enough to catch Vernon closing shop and he kindly helped read the code to verify which cylinder was misfiring. He went out of his way to help me out after hours to which I'm really grateful. Managed to get car fixed and was away the very next day!

Always an outstanding experience. This visit was prompted by discovery of leaking water pump which had been replaced in Jan 2022. It was under warranty and Craftsman covered all cost. Great place to do business.
