Craftsman Auto Care - Chantilly
This review is a departure from my earlier review where I expressed dissatisfaction with the services I received at the Craftsman in Chantilly, Va., under the previous management team. I decided, because of these services, to find a car care center that was a little more transparent and closer than a 55 mile commute. However, after reading my review, the new management team/manager, (Mr Edson), reached out to me. Mr Edson went above and beyond to restore my faith in Craftsman's ability to care for my vehicle as it should be. His primary concern was my satisfaction and happiness. Therefore, as long as care attention to detail is implemented during the maintenance of my vehicle, I will continue to let Craftsman service my vehicle. Thank you Craftsman and thank you Mr Edson. Quality repair shop with reputable trustworthy mechanics, technicians, and employees who legitimately want to do right by their customers. They did a thorough inspection of the vehicle to determine the issues with my car and determined that it couldn’t be repaired and only charged me the cost of an hour of labor to do diagnostics. They have me as a customer for life! Thanks!!

This is the BEST place to bring a car - especially if you are a female! They treat you with respect, do not talk down to you and truly want to make sure you are happy with their service. I really like the way they text what they've worked on - with pictures! And give each part a rating of green, yellow, or red. They will not do any work you do not want them to do and they explain everything. Definitely FIVE stars!!
