Just had my first experience at Craftsman Auto Care and I’m very pleased. Several issues were discovered and documented with quotes provided for each that seemed reasonable. Matt & team are pleasant, respectful, thorough, and transparent. The experience was very good. I decided to try Craftsman to avoid Wiygul, who claims to have great customer service, though my past two appointments at Wiygul were total garbage experiences with on the spot price changes after telling me a price, appointment delays, refusing to service my vehicle, and canceling a follow-up appointment which felt very retaliatory since it had been scheduled weeks prior. Save the trouble and go with Craftsman!

Quick and Easy Safety Inspection. Got me in and out in about an hour, less than what they told me at the start. Honest and Straightforward with the repairs that need to be completed.

Service was prompt and I felt I totally understood what was being done. They are very good at giving advice. The price for tires seemed very reasonable. I feel very comfortable having my car serviced by this company, and I appreciate the being taken home and not having to sit in a waiting room.

The team was awesome in getting me in and getting the car setup for my next track event. They kept me up to date with the process of the work. John/Richard and Andrew were great and listen to what I wanted in terms of setup.

Craftsman Auto Care of Alexandria was impressive to work with as a first time customer. The associates that greeted me and answered the phone were knowledgeable, articulate, and very helpful. The inspection that they sent via text/ email was very informative. The estimate for the work needed was broken down by job and given a time frame for completion. You could approve all the work or on a need by need basis. I selected all work to be completed and I was pleasantly surprised when they called me to pick up my car. I may have been able to shop around for repair cost, but the convenience to my home, their professionalism, and helpfulness has gained them a repeat customer!
