Very good first experience at this shop. They were very responsive on the phone, and they were prepared when I arrived at my appointment time. They completed their diagnostic on my car, and they had the repair done the same day. I will definitely be back for future maintenance needs due to closure of my previous repair shop. Thank you! They etched my catalytic converter. This was in concert with the FFX County Police. The process was smooth, quick and everyone was so polite. I feel like my car is a lot safer from random thieves. Thanks, Craftsman!
