I’ve been letting Craftsman AutoCare handle the maintenance of my vehicle for almost three years now. The entire team is professional, kind, informative, and helpful. They take the time to know their customers and share in the experience of taking care of your Car like it’s your own. Being this is my first car, I’ve never encountered such benevolent customer service from any mechanic shop like this one. I’m thankful for the team, the training, and the consistency. Alongside their helpful recommendations, reward programs, and discounts, they also have a wonderful coffee, hot chocolate, and snack station. I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else for my car needs. Oh! Did I also mention that if they are going to take a long time on your car, they will drop you off wherever you need to get some errands done, and pick you up! Thanks Team! Can’t wait to complete some more work so that I can come back!

Scheduling was very easy online and response email was immediate confirming. Diagnostic tool very helpful as it includes pictures from your vehicle. Provided quotes without prompting which was also appreciated

Professional, friendly staff. Been taking my car here for over a year now and have always been satisfied. Even for something as simple as an oil change, the mechanics do a full assessment on your car (tires, battery, belts, etc) and let you know if something needs to be addressed immediately or can wait. And this is backed up by photographs which are sent to you via text and email. I never feel pressured or that I'm being taking advantage of. I trust them immensely.

4 other shops were 2-4 weeks out for appointments. Craftsman took me in the next day and completed the repair. New radiator, transmission service/ filter change, rear differential service, oil change. They even did a full inspection and emailed me my full report with pictures. Very professional, clean shop.
