I brought my car in for what I thought was going to be an easy fix. Turns out it wasn't! Steve was incredibly helpful and gracious. The light had just been replaced due to a car accident, and the other shop put in a bad light. Steve noticed what happened and offered a quick solution. Ultimately the original shop is going to fix our issue, BUT will definitely go back to Craftsman Auto Care in the future! The staff definitely puts the customer first, and finds the best solution for everyone involved. THANK YOU!!!

Very good first experience at this shop. They were very responsive on the phone, and they were prepared when I arrived at my appointment time. They completed their diagnostic on my car, and they had the repair done the same day. I will definitely be back for future maintenance needs due to closure of my previous repair shop. Thank you!

I wanted to send a note of thank you to Asha and her boss for allowing the McLean District police to use your wonderful facility to conduct this worthwhile catalytic converter stealing problem in our county, State, and country. I was the special events director at the McLean Community Center for 26 years and got to know the previous CPO officer at the McLean police station and today got to meet the current one.(Sorry did not get her name as she also need recognition.) We had a wonderful conversation about the Police, McLean Community Center, and community working relationship for many years that I was there, and continues to flourish.. I asked her (the CPO ) to give me the name of the person that worked with her to put on this program. She gave me Asha@craftsmanautocare.com. So I wanted to thank her for opening your auto repair store on a Sunday and staffing it to provide this community service, and a no charge.
