Had issues with my 2006 Mini Cooper S. Hard to find someone that know how the works on Minis outside of the dealerships. Found Craftsman Auto Care, and found my place. Needless to say I will be bringing all my cars here. Excellent customer service, trustworthy and very thorough. Really can’t ask for more. Great place

After having a time sensitive issue with my car and visiting 5 auto shops prior, Craftsman Auto Care was able to take my car in almost immediately. The quality of the work that was done was superb and I will return for repairs in the future. The customer service is excellent.

Was there probably December or early January. Fairfax police had done a catalytic conventer etching there before. Switched to a newer car & wanted it done on this one too. Matt was the best start to finish & they pointed out something that I wouldn't have seen. It ended up being nothing & since the car was brand new had the dealer check. But better safe than sorry. Thank you to Matt for the great service. You guys have a great waiting area & snacks are always a bonus. Next time I upgrade will check back with you.
