I put a glowing review on Yelp and Google too. They etched my catalytic converter today (on a Sunday when they are normally closed). This was in concert with the FFX County Police. The process was smooth, quick and everyone was so polite. I feel like my car is a lot safer from random thieves. Thanks, Craftsman!

I’ve been taking my car here for a while now, and I’m always pleased with the service. Lisa, is always professional, and I feel like she’s honest with me about the service my car actually needs and not trying to get me to do unnecessary work. She was also accommodating in getting my repairs done quickly, so I didn’t have to sit in the waiting room for hours. Definitely will continue to use them.

Matt keeps me informed and explains the necessary work details. Reggie, the mechanic who works on the truck, takes time to explain and show the items being repaired. I feel very confident with Craftsman to work on my vehicles. They do good work and are fairly priced, with a good warranty.

As alway, Craftsman Auto Care -Sterling managed by Andrew Gunn does a great job of taking care of my 2011 Ford F-150. I particularly like the comprehensive review whenever I come in. Many times things have been identified to be addressed that could have lead to more expensive repairs or worse, getting stuck out on the road. Not all items need immediate attention and Craftsman is upfront and straightforward on the repair options. No unnecessary or up selling of work, just a thorough review of the vehicle’s condition and items of concern. The team in Sterling are all friendly and knowledgeable about the business.
